Help Skilled Immigrants Build Their Future in Canada

Join Neurons & Croissants as a French instructor and be part of a neuroscience-backed system that's changing how language learning works.

The Opportunity

We're launching in January 2026 with our first cohort of professionals learning French for Canadian permanent residency. We need exceptional French instructors who want to be part of something meaningful.

This isn't traditional language teaching. We've built an AI-powered system that personalizes learning to each student's mistakes. You'll teach using cutting-edge pedagogy backed by neuroscience research. Your students aren't tourists—they're engineers, consultants, and healthcare workers who need French to contribute to Canada.

The impact is real: Every student you teach could become a permanent resident, bring their family, and build a life here. You're not just teaching grammar. You're unlocking futures.

What You'll Do

Teaching (Primary)

  • Teach 6 hours per weekend (Saturday & Sunday, 9 AM-12 PM)
  • Guide students through our structured curriculum
  • Facilitate conversation practice in small groups
  • Provide real-time feedback and corrections
  • Build community and keep students motivated

System Integration

  • Work with our AI conversation tool (it handles volume, you refine quality)
  • Review auto-generated flashcards, add context
  • Track student progress through our dashboard
  • Adjust teaching based on data insights

Outcomes Focus

  • Help students achieve NCLC 7 in 12-18 months
  • Prepare them for TEF Canada
  • Celebrate when they receive their ITAs

Bonus Points

  • Experience with TEF/TCF test preparation
  • Background in language education or linguistics

  • Tech-savvy (comfortable with AI tools)
  • Bilingual (English + French)

Most importantly
